Are you open today?

We are open from 6AM to 10PM, 7 days a week. The last wash must be in the machines by 8:30PM. We are closed for New Year’s Day, Easter, the 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

What forms of payment are accepted? How do I pay?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Apple/Google pay. All washers, dryers, and vending machines accept cards. Customers who wish to use cash can use our store loyalty card. Customers can purchase each card for $1 at the kiosk, and immediately receive the $1 as credit on the card. Any amount can be loaded onto the loyalty card at the kiosk, and the loyalty card can then be used on any machine. This system is easy to use, and has been a big improvement over using quarters. An attendant is always available to help if necessary. For customers who wish to use Apple Pay or Google Pay, please note that only select machines are compatible.

Do you have soap or bags available?

We have 4 fully stocked vending machines available. We offer varying sizes of powder and liquid detergent, softener, bleach, dryer sheets, and laundry bags. There are also snack and soda machines.

Is there parking?

We have two private parking lots exclusively for laundry customers, one in front of the store on Washington Street, and another behind the store off of Rossmore Road.

What other amenities do you offer?

Our laundromat is big and expansive, with the newest equipment, big open spaces, and 70 washers and 75 dryers. No cramped feeling, and certainly no waiting. We always have an attendant available to help. There is a bathroom, free fast public WiFi, comfortable air conditioning, TVs, an ATM, comfortable seating, folding tables, and of course the car wash next door while you wait.

I think I might have lost something, what do I do?

We keep a lost and found at the laundromat, and we encourage any customer who has misplaced an item to ask the attendant on duty to search through the lost and found.

CAR WASH FAQ

What kind of vehicles can I wash?

Our automatic tunnel car wash is gentle and is designed to wash the vast majority of cars and trucks on the road today. However, we can not wash certain vehicles, including vehicles with a road clearance of less than 4”, vehicles over 84”, and dual rear-wheel trucks. Any vehicle that can’t be washed in the tunnel can use the self-service bays. Self-service height is 96”, we do have an exterior truck bay with extended reach hoses for any size vehicle, camper, trailer, 18-wheeler, etc.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, cards, and Apple/ Google Pay in the tunnel car wash, and the self service bays and vacuums accept cash and card. Change machines are available on-site.

What should I expect when I arrive?

You will be guided onto the conveyor by our staff. Once you’re ready to wash, just leave the car in neutral and let us do the rest.

Is it safe for my car?

Our car wash uses professional detergents and waxes only. These chemicals have been thoroughly tested to ensure not only safety for the vehicle, but also for the best clean, dry, and shiny finish possible. All brushes and friction washing equipment is of high quality, and we guarantee each wash.

How do the self-service bays and vacuums work?

We have 9 self-service bays available. Each bay has a 1000 PSI wand with water, soap, and wax. Each bay is also equipped with a foam brush to scrub the vehicle. After washing, customers are welcome to pull forward and wipe their vehicles down. There are 20 vacuum stations available for interior cleaning. All bays and vacuums accept cash and cards.

I used a bay or vacuum and I was charged $10 when I spent less.

Our credit card processor assesses a “pre-authorization charge” of $10 for all debit card transactions. You will see this charge on your bank’s mobile app as processing, in progress, or pending. Please allow 24 hours for the charge to update to reflect the amount that was spent.

Do you have detailing products available?

We have 4 vending machines fully stocked with Armor All, Little Trees, microfiber towels, interior protectant spray, and more. We also have an air machine available to fill tires.
